2-Storey Rear Extension
This project in Brighton is for the creation of a two-storey rear extension to an existing terrace house.
The existing cramped layout comprised a small kitchen dining room with separate living room and a two bedroom layout at first floor.
The proposal creates an open-plan family living/dining space connected to both the existing kitchen and living areas. The addition of a bay window seat and doors from the new living area create a much improved connection with the garden.
At first floor the addition of a third bedroom offers space for guests, while the addition of an ensuite to the master bedroom adds a touch of luxury.
