Planning Approval
Following our recent approval we’re moving on to the next stage – Building Regs
Planning was recently granted for our extension and remodel scheme in Cobham.
The proposal creates a more balanced front appearance through the creation of two front extensions and reconfiguration of the front garden wall. At the rear a new extension and alterations to the existing create a more symmetrical appearance with a contemporary villa feel.
The scheme has now been developed and submitted for Building Regulations approval.
