We’re finding it’s increasingly common that projects are carried out in different phases.  This can be for a variety of reasons from arranging finance to minimising disruption by only having part of your home ‘off limits’ while the builders work their magic.

Our Brighton project is one such project being carried out in phases.  The first phase was for an extension to the first floor, creating an additional bedroom over the garage.

The second phase deals with the family living spaces, creating an open plan kitchen / living / dining space with better connection to the garden.

A small new side extension provides a separate utility room and a new under-stair toilet brings convenience to the ground floor layout.
