Sometimes the small projects can be the most tricky and this small extension project is no exception.

Being a flat within a Listed building has certainly thrown up a few issues along the way, including the discovery of a hidden area behind a wall during some investigative works which necessitated a new application for listed consent and a re-design of part of the internal layout!

The countless hours put into the project have been worth it though just to see the transformation of the space and the smile on the clients face!  There’s still some work to do but we’re sure you’ll agree it’s a great improvement…
