So, what have we been up to since our last update in January?

We’ve been working on the usual variety of small and larger scale domestic projects across Sussex and Surrey, from sketch designs and planning stages through to running tenders and providing on-site assistance.  Many clients are seeking to extend and re-work their existing homes, rather than move house, so we’ve seen a steady increase in this type of project at the start of 2019.

We also recently submitted an application for Listed Building Consent for the remodelling of a Grade 1 Listed property in Hove.

Quite a large proportion of our time has been spent developing detailed packages for some of our larger remodelling & extension schemes taking these from Building Regulations through to Tender stage. We’re looking forward to seeing some of these projects start on-site soon.

Not everything has been domestic though, we’ve been working on a Care Home in Worthing and submitted planning for a new-build office building near Henfield too.
