This project is for the creation of a new-build home within a Conservation Area for a Brighton based developer.
Designs were drawn up for 2 or 3 bedroom options for the client to choose from. The external appearance of the property was largely governed by the wider conservation area and an old planning permission for the site dating back to the 90’s.
