Front & Rear Extensions
This project comprised three separate extensions to provide additional accommodation for the family. The extensions were to be built in separate phases to allow the family to remain at the property throughout.
The first phase was for the creation of an infill extension to provide a new bedroom over the garage.
The second phase was for the construction of a contemporary rear extension to provide a new family room with plenty of natural light and improved connection with the garden. This phase also included the remodelling of the existing rear rooms to create a large open plan kitchen & dining room with the addition of a small side extension creating a utility room.
