This property sits in an elevated position with exceptional far reaching views across Brighton and the sea, the only trouble was that none of the rooms took advantage of this incredible feature.  Our brief therefore was to maximise this view while improving the facilities and functionality of the house.

A two storey extension provides a lower ground floor garden room, while at the main ground level extends the existing kitchen to provide dining and family areas.  A large glazed window seat makes the most of the views out while also offering a place to sit and relax.

Connection with the outside is also improved with a new terrace providing usable outside space at ground floor level, while the master bedroom at first floor benefits from a generous new roof terrace.
